Energy Audits/Ratings help to define and quantify energy loss from a building. Baseload & Seasonal Energy costs are also analyzed. A blower door can be used to find air leaks in the house and HVAC ducts. Infrared imaging can find defects in insulation and excess moisture. Air sealing and insulation are completed then a final test is done for quality control and verify ventilation levels are adequate. Some homes can see an increase in efficiency of 20% - 30% after cost effective retro-fits.  
Estimates are determined by the size of the buildings conditioned square feet size, number of HVAC systems and style of the building.
